Am I right?

It looks as if the shoe shop in Bagni is closing down, am i right? It's such a shame I have bought some lovely shoes there over the years and the people who run the shop are so nice and friendly.

Nothing would surprise me about the shops in Bagni; but the shoe shop has been holding on now for a very long time, they are not cheap and don't seem to have 'modern styles'; would be sad to see a family run business like that go down the pan though.

The wife died recently and they were about to retire anyway. He is a very skilled shemaker and used to make fantastic boots for trekking. People prefer to buy commercial brands nowadays. There are two new shops in Bagni, selling shoes and complements and they have a beautiful and modern stock. But they are not in the same line.....
