Hit Counter Empty Hit Counter

I don't always log in when I check out the forum to see what is new. It seems registered members usually number less than 20 a day, so I wonder how many other registered members are visiting without leaving their calling card. Can we have a hit counter so that we can see just how many visitors are arriving on our forum?

I too often look without being logged in.  Only one machine keeps my log in and sometimes that is lost.  It can take me weeks to sort out logging back as I can never remember my details and have to apply for a new password, by which time the urge to post has gone ....

So if I am on a laptop I am usually a 'visitor' and I am still getting to grips with my smartphone so not managed to do much on that.
